I chose Carter Eye Center in Dallas because Dr. Carter and his team looked to be the most professional and had the latest in technology out of all the other places in East TX. I was referred by a couple of friends of mine who trusted their eyes to Dr. Carter and who had great results. After I found out that Carter Eye Center's prices beat all of the other places in my area by hundreds of dollars, it was worth the extra drive to Dallas even when gas prices were so high.
As a Firefighter who lives an active lifestyle, LASIK eye surgery was a must for me. Before the surgery I had to sleep in my contacts for fear of getting a fire call in the middle of the night and not being able to fit my mask over my glasses. Now I just jump out of bed and I'm ready to go!
